Although temperature readout accuracies of our cameras are quite stable, readout error can increase slightly over time. For this reason Compix recommends that most of our products be calibrated at regular intervals. Calibration intervals and pricing can be found in the Recommended Calibration Intervals and Pricing table. Our standard calibration consists of a geometry calibration, an NIST traceable thermal calibration, and any minor repairs and adjustments if needed. Please follow the instructions linked in 'Recommended Calibration Intervals and Pricing' table when preparing to ship a system.

Costs listed in the 'Recommended Calibration Intervals and Pricing' table are for calibration only. Repairs to the system will be quoted separately.
